Josée Brouillard

Josée Brouillard is a media artist who works with light as a creative material. She is currently a master’s student in Visual and Media Arts at UQAM and she holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Concordia University (2012). She previously completed a DEC in Theater Production (2009) and another in Photography (2003). Josée Brouillard has presented her work in Quebec (PHOS Festival, Mutek, OBORO, Ada X, BIAN, Eastern Bloc, La Bande Vidéo and in the Maisons de la culture de Montréal) as well as abroad (Lab.30 festival in Augsburg, Germany, and InShadow Festival in Lisbon, Portugal). Her work Video sequence for prepared monitor (2013) is part of the City of Montreal’s collection.
