As part of the art PLASTIQUE event, Studio XX collaborated with Centre Turbine to present artists Ana Rewakowicz and Heather Dewey-Hagborg during the Wired Woman Salon 103, on Saturday October 11.
A fascinating workshop with Heather Dewey-Hagborg took place at Studio XX the following day, Participants generated and printed miniature 3D portraits based on their own interpretation and analysis of genetic data they found online.
art PLASTIQUE, an event composed of a spectrum of activities foregrounding the artistic potentials of the 3D printer, is in the context of Centre Turbine’s 15th anniversary. The activities are running until November 15th, see all the details here :
