Saturday, June 9, 2018
From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
At Studio XX

During the 2017-2018 season, Studio XX has offered nearly a dozen media arts workshops for families. In a participatory approach, parents and children were able to meet artists and have fun designing works inspired by their practice, ranging from video mapping to sound art, through performance, data mapping, VR, animation and photography.

It’s in a friendly spirit that Studio XX invites you to the opening of a one-day exhibition that brings together the creations made during the year by children and their parents. It will be an opportunity to interact with the artists who designed and animated these workshops as well as a time to experience a VR station installed for the event. And in the spirit of this series, a snack will be offered.

A lantern-making workshop will also be held in conjunction with the exhibition, in preparation for the 4001 Berri Lantern event, a parade of lanterns in the park, and outdoor video projections by Studio XX, Oboro, and GIV. .

Join us on Saturday, June 9 to discover the artistic experiments and the imagination of young and old. A very first exhibition for many!
